  • Cindy Leddicotte, Principal

    Cindy is a business consultant, accountant, and corporate controller with more than 25 years of experience with for profit and non-profit businesses that range in size from startups and small businesses to medium sized companies. She acquired her accounting and financial management skills as an employee at companies such as L&L Floor Covering, Tucson Greyhound Park, Stripping Technologies, and Jim Edwards Construction and non-profits such as Amity and Desert Survivors.

    These experiences built the foundation for consulting with more than 100 small businesses in North America since 2003. Cindy attended the University of Arizona and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. She has been a Certified QuickBooks Advanced Pro Advisor since 2009. She is also certified in QuickBooks for Point of Sale and Enterprise Solutions.

    Cindy’s corporate experience together with her small business ownership and small business consulting experience gives Cindy special insight and understanding of the challenges facing business owners, their managers, employees, and families today. Cindy and her husband, George, established the Small Business Advisory Group in 2009 with the objective of “helping business succeed”. Cindy has day to day responsibility for the SBA Accounting & Tax Solutions division of the Small Business Advisory Group.

  • George Leddicotte, Principal

    George is a business consultant, business coach and mentor, and speaker with more than 35 years of experience that covers the spectrum from startups and small businesses to medium sized companies to Fortune 100 companies. He learned his management, organization, business, sales, and marketing in the US Army as an Infantry Officer and employment at corporations that included Crown Zellerbach, Curtin Matheson Scientific, Merrill Lynch, and PHH Homequity. His small business experience comes from owning and operating 6 small businesses and by consulting with major corporations, the US Government, and more than 700 small businesses throughout North America. George attended Wake Forest University and graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He has taken advanced courses from Concord Law School – Kaplan University. He is a Constant Contact Trained Presenter. George’s corporate experience together with his small business ownership and small business consulting experience gives George special insight and understanding of the challenges facing business owners, their managers, employees, and families today. George and his wife, Cindy, established the Small Business Advisory Group in 2009 with the objective of “helping business succeed”. George uses an approach he developed known as “The Building Blocks of a Successful Business” to assist businesses in identifying and correcting the missing or weak building blocks that stand in the way of their ultimate business success.
